    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6157">Leni</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3921<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2011 at 16:02<br /><br />&nbsp;rodila sam carskim, cekala onih 6 tjedana obaveznih i pocela bez beda...plocice sam imala kad je klinac navrsio 5 mjeseci...dobila sam š9 kila u trudnoci btw..a na njegovih 2 mjeseca sam bila na nuli, dakle nemoj se puno opterecavat savjetima nego slusaj tijelo, ako boli stani i to ti je to, dok god nemas neugodu tjeraj dalje...sretno:)<br>]]>

Rodila sam carskim rezom. Doktor koji me je porodio, rekao je da mi trbušni mišici izgledaju kao paucina (posljedica teškog prvog poroda i premali razmak između dva poroda) i da uz obavezno nošenje steznika moram poceti lagano vježbati dva mjeseca nakon poroda, a intenzivno vježbati nakon šest mjeseci.
