Odradi hrpu zgibova, veslanja i dipseva pa ceš vidjet kak ce ruke rasti. <br>]]>

Mogao si to pametnije izorganizirati.<br><br>cetvrtak, radiš mali milijun izolacija za ruke, ne treba ti to.<br><br>Uglavnom, opce mi se ne sviđa takva šema treninga <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br><br>]]>
