Ali kad to ovako vidim... Ipak je to ulje u svrhu zdravlja, a alc zezancije.... Hm...</FONT></P>]]>

Evo nasla sam u jednoj svojoj knjizi da deci rakije ima oko&nbsp;240 kcal, a deci viskija oko 250. Ajmo reci da su votka, viski&nbsp;i rakija tu negdje po svojstvima (ovo super zvuci <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0">). Znaci da bi&nbsp;3 deci zestice bilo oko 750 kcal.</P><P>2. Ista knjiga kaze da š0 dag&nbsp;jestivog ulja ima oko&nbsp;880 kcal. Kad se preracuna sve to, ispada da energiji od onih 750 kcal odgovara 8,52 dag ulja. Sad kolko je to deci, nemam pojma. Ovisi o gustoci ulja.</P>]]>

I onda preracunati. š gram alkohola ima 7 kalorija, š gram masti 9, proteini i ugljikohidrati 4.]]>
