Buduci da su kickbox treninzi 3 puta tjedno (pon, sri, pet), ostale dane bih htio ubaciti treninge utezima (uto, cet , sub) i nedjelja odmor. <br><br>Poceo bih s ovim treningom: <a href="http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/hitworkout.htm" target="_blank">http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/hitworkout.htm</a><br><br>Sad me zanima da li je to previše treninga? odnosno da li ce biti rezultata s obzirom na mali odmor? <br><br>Prehrana : 5 obroka dnevno + PWM (proteini+kreatin+glukoza)<br><br>Hvala<br>]]>
