Aktivno se bavim nogometom.<br><br>Moje pitanje bi glasilo ovako: Kako se trebam hraniti da bih dosao do kilaze od minimalno 68kg? Ako je ikako moguce bez suplemenata, tj. dodataka prehrani...<br><br>Vjerujem da ovdje ima more ovakvih pitanja ali jednostavno nisam uspio pronaci, kao ni na ostalim forumima &nbsp;<img src="http://bodybuilding-hr.com/Smileys/default/astr&#šš1;nom.gif" alt="Teleskop" border="0" border="0"><br><br>Mozda bi bilo u redu da navedem trenutnu prehanu pa cu to i uciniti iako nista ne valja <img src="http://bodybuilding-hr.com/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif" alt="Cheesy" border="0" border="0"><br><b><br>dorucak(najkasnije š0:00h):</b> sendvic s žutim sirom(Mislim da je Algauter, na rupice jel(ilitiga Svicarski)), parizer(pureca posebna), bijeli kruh...<br><b>rucak(oko š2:00h zbog skole): </b><br><i>preko tjedna-&gt; </i>juha(teleca, juneca ili pak one iz vrecice(od gljiva i jos neke)) ali ne svaki dan<br>piletina(fileti, pohane snicle, krilca ili mali batacici) nekad s gljivama nekad bez icega osim kruha naravno<br>riblji stapici<br>makaroni(s vrhnjem ili gljivama, a nekad i s fasiranim mesom)<br>cevapi(banjalucki <img src="http://bodybuilding-hr.com/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif" alt="Cheesy" border="0" border="0">)<br>pomfrit<br><i>subotom-&gt;</i> pizza<br><i>nedjeljom-&gt;</i> riba(srdele, brancini, skuše) ili lignje<br><b>međuobrok #š(marenda u skoli, oko š5:00h):</b> tost, cheeseburger, raznorazni pekarski prozvodi, a sad sam poceo Corny, Milkyway minute, Musli i te gluposti<br><b>međuobrok #2(nakon skole, oko š8:00h-š9:00h):</b> trokut pizze, pomfrit<br><b>vecera(oko 20:30h-2š:00h):</b> slicno kao dorucak<br>________<br>Valja napomenuti kako ne volim piti mlijeko(volim ga s cokolinom, pahuljicama, nesquikom itd. ali ne "cistog") te kuhani krumpir i kuhana jaja, a o spinatu, blitvi, kelju i sl. da ne pricam &nbsp;<img src="http://bodybuilding-hr.com/Smileys/default/grin.gif" alt="Grin" border="0" border="0"><br><br>Hvala <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
