Ono što sam htio reci je to da je whey relativno brzi izvor P (kažem relativno brz jer mu treba nekih 2 h za aps. izolat se nešto brže apsorbira). A ako ceš jest whey s nekim izvorom masti ili sa složenim ugh, e tu vec možeš utrpat 50-60 g wheya&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">]]>

I da bi tih š00g wheya otišlo na mjesto gdje treba otic (znaci za krpanje mišica a ne u glikogen) trebalo bi uz to uzet još 200-tinjak g glukoze (što nije baš mala stvar). I tih 200-tinjak g glukoze bi vjerovatno jednom endomorfu bilo previše (još k tome ako ima loš IS, ima instant riješenje za debljanje).<br><br><br>]]>
