    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5831">runner</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3829<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2010 at 16:32<br /><br />nikad nisam mogla pratit te upute o sat dva nejedenja prije treninga jer imam lud metabolizam i jedem svaka 2sata.<br>pola sata prije treninga pojedem gustu juhu od mrkve ili nekog drugog povrca ovisi za sta sam raspolozena, casu jogurta i bion3 sa casom vode, a ovisno o trajanju treninga pri ruci uvjek imam nesto za prigrist.<br>treniram vecinom ujutro kad se dignem, tako da se ni ne sjecam vise kako mi je prehrana izgledala kad sam vjezbala navece<br><br>]]>
