    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3821<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2010 at 14:26<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Pileca prsa na žaru sa žlicnjacima od abc sira i špinata</span><br><br><img src="http://www.abcsir.hr/upload/tbl_recepti/piletina-na-zaru_13244.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Sastojci</span>:<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 4 kom pilecih prsa<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 500 g listova špinata<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š glavica luka<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š zgnjeceni cešanj cešnjaka<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š žlica maslinovog ulja<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 350 g Abc svježeg krem sira<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 3 jaja<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 50 g krušnih mrvica<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 50 g glatkog brašna<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 50 g ribanog parmezana<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * prstohvat ribanog muškatnog orašcica<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 25 g otopljenog margarina<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * sol<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * svježe mljeveni papar<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Umak</span>:<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 2 crvene paprike<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 2 žlice maslinovog ulja<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š glavica luka<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; *&nbsp; 400 g pelata rajcice<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š,5 dl vode<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Priprema</span>:<br><br>Najprije pripremite umak.<br>Luk sitno nasjeckajte, a ocišcene paprike najprije zapecite na grilu i ogulite, te ih narežite na komadice. Na ugrijanom ulju popržite sjeckani luk i papriku oko 5 minuta, zatim dodajte rajcice, vodu, sol i papar pa umak zakuhajte i kuhajte narednih š5 minuta.<br>Listove špinata dobro ocijedite i grubo nasjeckate. U zdjeli pomiješate sjeckani luk i cešnjak, maslinovo ulje, sir, jaja i krušne mrvice. Kada postane jednolicna masa, zacinite je solju, parmezanom, paprom i muškatnim orašcicem. <br><br>Smjesu naposljetku zgusnute brašnom i potom ohladite. U velikoj posudi zakuhajte dostatnu kolicinu vode. Od smjese oblikujte žlicnjake pa ih oprezno skuhajte u vrucoj vodi (oko 5 min). Pažljivo ih izvadite i pomiješate s omekšanim margarinom.
