U međuvremenu, zagrijte 3 žlice maslinovog ulja u woku ili velikoj tavi, dodajte cešnjak i brzo prepržite š min. Ubacite mrkvu, poriluk i brokulu, te pecite uz miješanje 2 minute dok se ne pocne sjajiti.<br><br>Dodajte sušene rajcice, pomiješajte temeljac s pireom od rajcice, i dodajte u tavu. Pokrijte i kuhajte 3 minute. Kvinoju ocijedite, i pomiješajte s ostatkom ulja i sokom od limuna. Razdijelite na tople tanjure i prelijte povrcem.<br><br>Izvor: bbcgoodfood.com]]>
