Na moju visinu od š86-7 cm bi bilo taman. Necu si zadavat neki period al vjerujem da bi do dvadesete godine bilo ostvarivo, znaci za jedno 3 godine.<br>]]>

Uostalom, g-flux je odlicna stvar, znam po svom primjeru i totalno mi odgovara takav nacin treninga/prehrane. Puno aktivnosti i puno hrane, ne može bit bolje za jednog endomorfa. Ja sam bio dosta dugo na takvom režimu dok sam imao više vremena (sad imam hrpu obaveza i poceo sam brljavit sa svime). što se tice pretreniranosti, ja je nisam osjecao. <br><br><br>što se tice momka s linka, Illy ti je vec odgovorio.<br>]]>
