    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1253">fritz</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3765<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2010 at 13:13<br /><br />Koji je po vama najbolji nacin treniranja kako bi se što <br />više izgradila izdržljivost uz nikakav porast tjelesne <br />težine (eventualno smanjenje težine kroz smanjenje <br />postotka masti)?<br /><br />Trenutno treniram po HFT principu treninga, <br /><br />svaki trening cijelo tijelo, tri puta tjedno, <br />penjanje dva puta tjedno, <br />te crobni trening i core trening dva puta tjedno.<br /><br />Samo napomena da treninzi (osim penjackih) nikada nisu do <br />potpune iscrpljenosti i dozirani su tako da ne dolazi do <br />pretreniranosti.]]>
