Oni koji misle da je previše sira, slobodno smanje kolicinu naribanog sira (to je po želji).<br><br><img src="http://djh.hrt.hr/images/stories/djh/2006Tikvicepuretinom.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Sastojci za 4 osobe</span>:<br>&nbsp;<br>4 srednje tikvice<br>400 g purecih prsa<br>š glavica crvenog luka<br>2 režnja cešnjaka<br>š dcl pirea od rajcice<br>š dcl bijelog vina<br>250 g miješanog povrca<br>š žlicica origana<br>š žlica kosanog peršina<br>š50 g naribanog sira<br>maslinovo ulje,sol, papar<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Priprema</span>:<br>U tavu dodamo maslinovog ulja, pirjamo sitno kosani crveni luk da postane staklast. Istovremeno raspolovimo tikvice i izdubimo ih. Na poprženi luk dodajemo puretinu nasjeckanu na kockice, usitnjeni cešnjak, malo bijelog vina, blanširani kelj pupcar, mrkvu, sitno kosani peršin, prstohvat origana i pire od rajcice. Zacinimo solju i paprom i pustimo da malo prokuha. U međuvremenu nauljimo vatrostalnu posudu maslinovim uljem te u nju položimo tikvice, zacinimo solju i paprom i nadjenemo pirjanim povrcem.
