2god,budokai 2god,krav maga  god) u nekima i veoma uspjesni rezultati,<br>&nbsp; ali da neduljim,prestao sam se bavit sa borilackim sportovima,razlog tome su&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; skola,pare,vrjeme... sve po malo :D , I posto sam se prestao bavit sportovima odlucio sam doma sam vjezbat snagu to jest radit na misicnoj masi i naravno kondiciji...<br>uglavnom cilj ostat u formi to 30<br>___________________________<br>KRAJ <br><br>E sada me zanima,kako vam se cini plan treninga...<br>da li sam njime pokrio vise manje sva podrucja?<br>Da li da nesto maknem,dodam?<br>I jedno od vaznijeg da li da trening prakticiran svaki dan? ili svaki drugi?<br>nesto sam citao da misicima treba 48 sati za regeneriranje i da nije dobro trenirat svaki dan? Da li ako je tako da taj drugi dan radim neke crobne treninge za kondiciju...? <br><br>I jos nesto sto me zanima je jelo?<br>da li jest prije treninga?<br>sto jest nakon treninga? (inace si slozim frape-banana) (mljeko.banana,secer) ?<br>Citao sam da je za vrjeme treninga ono u pauzama dobro popit sto vise vode recimo  casu? da li je to istina? zasto ? cemu to sluzi?<br><br>Eto za sad je to to od pitanja,nadam se da nisam naporan i da ce netko odgovorit<br>Nadam se na sva :D <br><br>Unaprijed hvala!!!<br style=""><br style=""></p><br>]]>
