    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3729<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2010 at 10:46<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Piletina "Bang Bang"</span><br><br><img src="http://djh.hrt.hr/images/stories/djh/3%20Piletina%20Bang%20Bang_s.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Sastojci za 4 osobe</span>:<br><br>6&nbsp; pilecih filea<br>6 režnjeva cešnjaka<br>š/2 žlicice papra u zrnu<br>š glavica luka<br>š&nbsp;&nbsp; krastavac<br>3 žlice&nbsp; paste od sezama<br>š žlica&nbsp; umaka od soje<br>2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; mlada luka<br>š5 g&nbsp;&nbsp; đumbirovog korijena<br>š žlicica mljevene cili papricice<br>š žlica&nbsp; smeđeg šecera<br>20 ml&nbsp; rižinog octa<br>rižino ili obicno ulje, sol<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Priprema</span>:<br>Pilece filee operemo, stavimo u wok, dodamo 3 režnja prepolovljenog cešnjaka, ocišcen i prepolovljen luk, nekoliko zrna papra, dolijemo toliko vode da prekrije sastojke i ostavimo da zavrije. Zatim, s površine tekucine oberemo pjenu, zacinimo solju, poklopimo i kuhamo 20-ak minuta. Meso, povrce i dio tekucine izvadimo iz woka, tako da na dnu ostane jedna zaimaca tekucine. Zatim u wok dodamo nasjeckani mladi luk, protisnuti cešnjak i đumbir narezan na tanke rezance. Kada cešnjak i đumbir zamirišu dodamo pastu od sezama, rižin ocat, umak od soje, mljevenu cili papricicu, žlicu ulja, smeđi šecer, malo promiješamo i ugasimo vatru. Krastavce ocistimo, ogulimo te zajedno s piletinom narežemo na trakice. Na tanjure složimo krastavce, preko njih piletinu i sve zajedno prelijemo umakom.<br><br>Dobar tek! <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
