Grudi - Trbuh<br />2 dan.  Noge - Ramena <br />3. dan. Biceps - Trapezius - Podlaktica<br />4. dan. Triceps - List - Zadnjica<br />5. dan  Leđa - Donja leđa -Trbuh]]>
