    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13">©ime</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 372<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2007 at 12:24<br /><br />&nbsp;<br>proteinski napitak ima smisla:<br><br>a) ako zelis unositi dodatne kolicine bjelancevina<br>b) u obliku PWM, u tom slucaju npr. whey + glukoza<br><br>ja osobno ne bih zenama preporucio da ni iz jednog od ta dva razloga piju proteinske napitke, niti da se bave bodybuildingom.<br><br>bodybuilding kod zena je ok, ako je to njezina zelja, satisfakcija, islicno, ali u kontekstu gubljenja salja, po meni to nema sta traziti...<br><br>ono sto tebi treba je dobra prehrana, dakle trebas unositi kvalitetnuhranu kojom ces s vremenom automatski topiti salo... jos tome dodajneku crobnu aktivnost (bicikl, plivanje, pilates i slicne) i mozesbiti sigurna da ces konstantno gubiti na tezini.<br><br>za pocetak napisi sto jedes....<br><br>]]>

Pitanje je, s cime bi mogli usporediti taj jedan proteinski napitak, npr zlica u 2 deci vode? Da dobijem predodzbu...
