Za gl.obroke sam skuzila, velicinu znam otprilike zdrave hrane koliko mi treba, samo me kao dodatak medjuobroku brine voce...S obzirom da sad unosim i masti, uh, bjelancevine koliko treba, koliko voca mi nece štetit? I kojeg? I kada u danu? Tj. što jesti popodne i navecer najbolje? Stari kazu jabuke...Skuzila sam da sam PRETJERIVALA u kolicini voca prije, sad smanjujem porcije ali bih htjela i znati kada mi je najbolje uzeti voce...Thnx unaprijed!!! ]]>
