Znaci masa. Pocni s nekih 2500 kcal, ubaci nekih š60-š70g P, ostalo popuni ugljikohidratima i mastima. Recimo 50% ugh, 50% masti. Ugh ubaci oko treninga i ujutro a ostalo neka budu P+M obroci (vrlo vjerovatno imaš lošu IS pa ti dodatno dizanje inzulina definitvno ne treba). Nemoj gledat kilažu nego se pogledaj u ogledalo, to ti je najmjerodavniji pokazatelj tjelesnog stanja&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br><br>Trening, pono osnovnih vježbi i varijacija osnovnih vježbi, izolacije svest na minimum (izolacije samo za samo zadnje i srednje rame) ostale manje miš. skupine ceš pogodit&nbsp; osnovnim vježbama.<br><br>Za 6-7 mjeseci si druga osoba <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

To ne moze biti tacno...<br>Za mjesec dana bi dobio proteinuriju- tj. proteine u mokraci, sto nije dobro..<br>š40 g proteina ti dosta, 2 g proteina po kg tjelesne mase...<br><br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5611">baya69</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3700<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2010 at 06:55<br /><br />hm,sad sam još zbunjeniji<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"><br><br>radio sam po formuli koju koristi edno...<br><br>-treba mi cca 2700 kcal dnevno od toga 55% proteini (tako piše u faqu)<br>to znaci&nbsp; š350 kcal dnevno.<br>e sad ako racunam da š gram proteina ima 4 kalorije,podjelim š350 sa 4 i dobijem cca 330 g proteina...<br>Vjerovatno sam ja izostavio još neki faktor,stvarno neznam...Ako netko zna da mi konkretno napiše u cemu sam pogriješio<br><br>što se tice moje kilaže,poznavajuci svoje tjelo s ovakvom prehranom i vježbanjem(teretana 3 puta tjedno+nedjelja nogomt) definitvno budem dobil još par kila...<br>ako je jednostavnije da mi netko pošalje link,gdje ima prehrana od jednog endoa,budem i ja malo još potražio,Hvala<br>]]>
