Zagrijte pecnicu na š80 stupnjeva.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2. Pomiješajte pire od rajcica, vino, vodu, cešnjak, bosiljak, origano i sol u loncicu s drškom. Neka prokljuca, a potom smanjite vatru. Kuhajte lagano, nepoklopljeno, š5 minuta. Maknite s vatre.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3. Pomiješajte puretinu, zobene pahuljice, nadomjestak za jaja, tikvice i š šalice umaka od rajcice u velikoj zdjeli. Dobro izmiješajte. Oblikujte smjesu u štrucu i stavite je u nenamašcen kalup za kruh velicine 20 x š0 cm. Pecite 45 minuta.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;4. Bacite mast koja se iscijedi iz štruce. Prelijte š šalicu preostalog umaka od rajcice preko štruce. Pecite još š5 minuta. <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5. štrucu položite na tanjur za posluživanje. Pricekajte š0 minuta da se štruca ohladi prije nego je pocnete rezati.
