    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3676<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2010 at 14:31<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Piletina s curry-em na tajlandski nacin</span><br><br><img src="http://djh.hrt.hr/images/stories/djh/1%20Piletina%20s%20curry-em%20na%20tajlandski%20nacin_s.jpg" border="0"><br><br>Ukusno jelo s piletinom, specificno je što je pripremljeno na tajlandski nacin.<br>Isprobajte!<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sastojci za 4 osobe:</span><br>500 g&nbsp;&nbsp; pilecih filea<br>500 g&nbsp;&nbsp; riže<br>˝ žlicice šecera<br>š žlicica octa<br>š žlica&nbsp;&nbsp; sojinog umaka<br>20 g&nbsp;&nbsp; korijena đumbira<br>š00 g&nbsp;&nbsp; mladih mahuna<br>š žlica&nbsp;&nbsp; maslaca od kikirikija<br>š žlica&nbsp;&nbsp; meda<br>š žlica&nbsp;&nbsp; curry praha<br>400 ml&nbsp;&nbsp; kokosovog mlijeka<br>sol, ulje za wok<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema</span>:<br>Rižu operemo i stavimo u vrelu i posoljenu vodu. Dodamo šecer, ocat, poklopimo i kuhamo na laganoj vatri dok sva tekucina ne nestane. Piletinu narežemo na trakice i stavimo u zdjelu. Zatim dodamo sojin umak, sjeckani korijen đumbira, izmiješamo sastojke, poklopimo i stavimo u hladnjak da odstoji najmanje jedan sat (tijekom mariniranja meso povremeno okrecemo). Potom meso kratko ispržimo u woku, na vrucem ulju za wok i izvadimo na stranu. Zatim u wok dodamo ocišcene i oprane mlade mahune narezane na duljinu, po prilici tri centimetra, pržimo dok malo ne omekšaju, te i njih izvadimo na stranu. Potom u wok, uz stalno miješanje, dodamo maslac od kikirikija, med, curry prah, kokosovo mlijeko i dalje povremeno miješajuci malo zgusnemo umak.
