    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3675<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2010 at 14:10<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Piletina s narancom na salatu</span><br><br><img src="http://djh.hrt.hr/images/stories/djh/3%20Piletina%20s%20narancom%20na%20salatu_s.jpg" border="0"><br><br>Svježa i niskokaloricna salata, nema bolje od ovoga.. <br>Probajte i javite kako vam je. <br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sastojci za 4 osobe</span>:<br><br>500 g&nbsp; pileceg filea<br>2&nbsp; narance<br>š&nbsp; limun<br>š&nbsp; limeta<br>2 žlice&nbsp; meda<br>2 režnja cešnjaka<br>5-6 kapi ljutog umaka (tabasco)<br>š žlica&nbsp; sjemenki sezama<br>š glavica zelene salate<br>ulje, sol, papar<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema</span>:<br>Jednu narancu ogulimo, ocistimo od bijele kožice i narežemo na tanke kolutove. U zdjelu iscijedimo drugo narancu, limun, limetu, dodamo med, protisnuti cešnjak, ljuti umak (tabasco), sol, papar i izmiješamo sastojke. Piletinu narežemo na trakice, stavimo u marinadu, izmiješamo, poklopimo i stavimo u hladnjak da odstoji najmanje jedan sat (tijekom mariniranja meso povremeno okrecemo). Zatim meso ocijedimo i kratko ispržimo u vrucoj tavi na malo masnoce. Prženo meso odložimo na toplo mjesto, a u masnocu od pecenja ulijemo marinadu, dodamo sjemenke sezama, te kuhamo na laganoj vatri, uz povremeno miješanje, dok umak ne zgusne. Za to vrijeme na tanjure posložimo listove zelene salate.
