Jednostavno si nađi na netu neki fullbody program sa osnovnim vježbama, ovo širenje unutra i širenje van su aduktor i abduktor jelda? Nebuš si s tim niš postigla.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4674">The Phoenix</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3673<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2010 at 14:14<br /><br />Svaku mišicnu skpinu sa koliko vježbi? kaj recimo radiš <br />za noge?<br />Nije poanta i znak da je dobro odrađeno ako poslje <br />osjetiš da si radila...ne pljujem po tvom treningu, no <br />nisi dala niti jednu konkretnu info kaj se tice samog <br />treninga i opterecenja a to je bitno, tak da je teško dat <br />odgovor neki.....npr, otrci sat vremena i itekak ceš <br />osjetit da si radila,no takva vrsta rada nije dobra za <br />mršavljenje, uz ocuvanja mišicne...a ti si ocito na <br />rezanju i takvim radom bi imala štete u vidu gubitka <br />mišicne mase.......<br /><br />Ali da, jedan dan full body, drugi  dan kardio, tako da <br />budeš svježa za rad s težinama kako bi što kvalitetnije <br />odradila taj trening]]>

Ovo ti je više - do sljedece godine do ljeta da se malo utegnem! I to da ti treba 2,5h, to je besmisleno jer ako radiš kompleksne vježbe, dovoljno je do maximuma da se isfuraš na par njih poput iskoraka, cucnja, sklekova, držanje u zgibu-pa u toj poziciji možeš koljena podignut do prsa i tako radiš i trbušne i leđa i ruke i prsa... <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> Ovako od sprave do sprave <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smileyš1.gif" border="0"> ]]>
