Stranica je predobra nasao sam puno savjeta koji su mi pomogoli u vezi vjezbi..<br />Pocetnik sam u teretani imam svoj mali fitnes u stanu,posto radim pa uvjek nemogu da uhvatim vremena da idem u teretanu a kod kuce kad god dodjem mogu da radim vjebe.<br />Rekao sam da sam pocetni i dobro bi mi dosao savjet od vas <br /><br />napravio sam svoj vlastiti program za vjezbe i interesuje me dali je to dobro?<br />radim sa tezinom od 30kg za prsa radim 6 serija po š5 dizanja ravni bendz,a kosi bendz radim 4 serije š5 dizanja.<br />trbusnjake  radim 25 komada od 5 serija.<br />ruke radim sa tezinom od š5kg stojeci biceps pregib sipkom 4 serije po š0 dizanja i sklekove.<br />Dali je to dovoljno za pocetak i sta mi vi preporucujete da bih dopunio ove vjezne.ovo radim svako drugi dan!! Imam š6 godina i poceo sam raditi uglavnom vježbe vlastitiom težinom jer mi je glavni cilj izgraditi snagu i izdržljivost. Evo kako sam ja organizirao svoj tjedan:<br><br>Ponedjeljak: Sklekovi, cucnjevi sa skokom, Trbušnjaci i podizaji nogu(za sad na klupi, ali cilj mi ih je raditi visece, na štangi za zgibove)<br><br>Utorak: crobni trening(trcanje, preskakanje užeta =) , biciklizam)<br><br>Srijeda: Sklekovi <br><br>cetvrtak: crobni trening + Bicepsi<br><br>Petak: Sklekovi, cucnjevi sa skokom, Trbušnjaci i podizaji nogu<br><br>Subota i nedjelja: Odmor<br><br><br>Sad tražim vaš savjet. Da li je ovaj program prenaporan za pocetnika i trebam li nesto mozda dodati ili izbaciti? <br>]]>
