    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3664<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2010 at 11:13<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Piletina s umakom od ananasa</span><br><br><img src="http://djh.hrt.hr/images/stories/djh/3_Piletina_s_umakom_od_ananasa_s.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sastojci za 4 osobe</span>:<br>š&nbsp;&nbsp; pile (cca š,3 kg)<br>200 ml&nbsp; crnog vina<br>200 ml&nbsp; soka od ananasa<br>30 ml&nbsp; soka od limuna<br>sok od jedne narance<br>š žlica&nbsp;&nbsp; škrobnog brašna<br>3 koluta&nbsp; ananasa<br>naribana korica jedne narance<br>ulje, sol, bijeli papar<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema</span>:<br>Pile operemo, ocijedimo, narežemo na cetiri dijela, posolimo i stavimo na dno prikladne vatrostalne posude. U visoku usku posudu ulijemo crno vino, sok od ananasa, sok od limuna, zacinimo sa pola žlicice soli i sa Ą žlicice bijelog papra, te sve zajedno izmiksamo štapnim mikserom. Dobivenu tekucinu prelijemo preko piletine, te sve zajedno stavljamo peci u pecnicu zagrijanoj na 200°C, 60-ak minuta povremeno polijevajuci piletinu sokom od pecenja. Piletinu izvadimo iz pecnice, stavimo na stranu na toplo i poklopimo, a sa umaka od pecenja oberemo masnocu i procijedimo ga. <br><br>U tavu ulijemo sok od narance, dodamo škrobno brašno i izmiješamo sastojke pazeci da ne ostanu grudice. Zatim ulijemo sok od pecenja (po prilici 300 ml), upalimo vatru i kada zavrije na laganoj vatri kuhamo povremeno miješajuci pjenjacom dok umak ne zgusne. U gotov umak dodamo na kockice narezan ananas, naribanu koricu narance i ostavimo da se ananas ugrije.
