Pazi na to kako opterecujes kicmu. Pokreti su jednostavno takvi da opterecuju.<br>]]>

A isto tako ne znam zasto podcjenjujes decka koji radi u skladistu da nema novaca...Malo ti je ovo ruzno i jako nepristojno receno. Kutija glutamina od pola kile je 220 kn (Gluta.pro - pronutrition), a preporucena dnevna doza je od 5-š0 grama. Pa sad ti izracunaj za koliko je to i zasto si to netko ne bi mogao priustiti...</P><P>A zasto sam mu predlozila glutamin i BCAA. Zato sto tezak fizicki rad smatram vrlo slicim teretani a ponekad i tezim jer taj covjek radi 8h, u mozda neklimatiziranim uvjetima, a sva skladista pa i ona farmaceutske su prasna (znam, radila sam u mnogima i znam kak je deckima tam). Glutamin nije samo za rast misica, vec i za opce zdravlje, imuni sustav, i normalno funkcioniranje. A BCAA u sebi sadrze leucin, izoleucin i valin, leucin je svakako za izdrzljivost(potice i zacijeljivanje rana i kostiju), potice ocuvanje misica uslijed starenja, a cak se pokazalo da pomaze kod ostecenja jetre. Izoleucin je esencijalan, izgraduje hemoglobin i pomaze regulaciju secera u krvi. Valin je isto ecencijalan, o njemu necu puno pisat osim da djeluje kao stimulans i da je vazan za tad svih tjelesnih sustava.</P><P>e pa ljudi, nije sve u teretani <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"></P>]]>

Preporucam ti i glutamin i BCAA</td></tr></table> <br><br>Sto se tice glutamina i BCAA..mislim da mu to stvarno ne treba..kao sto rekoh skladiste se ne moze usporedjivati direktno sa teretanom.<br><br>A i ne vjerujem da ljudi koji rade u skladistima imaju bas novaca za BCAA.<br><br>Potrebna ti je samo kvalitetna prehrana i multivitamini i to e to <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
