Ova verzija je dosta izdašna pa se može jelo iskoristiti i za više obroka.<br>Isprobajte recept!<br><br><img src="http://gastroslike.p&#ššš;ndi.hr/pp1.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sastojci:</span><br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 3-4 pileca fileta<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š jaje<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š kapula<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 2 mrkve<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š00 gr svježeg sira<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š00 gr sira gaude<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * pretusimul<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 3 cešnja bilog luka<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š mala žlice senfa<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema:</span><br>Na malo masla i malo maslinova ulja dinstajte sitno sjeckanu kapulu. Kad se ona spari dodajte sitno sjeckani bili luk i pretusimul te kad malo puste miris skinite s vatre. Minut, dva kasnije dodajte senf, malo soli i papra i jedno jaje. Dobro promiješajte pa u to dodajte naribanu gaudu i svježi sir. Pileca prsa zarežite pri vrhu pa napravite udubinu da dobijete džepic u koje cemo stavljati smjesu. Sa malom žlicicom (bolje bi bio špric, ali mi trenutno nije bio u kuci) napunite udubinu u pilecim prsima, u sredinu stavite pola kuhane mrkve (mrkva treba biti tanka i duga) pa cackalicom zatvorite punjena prsa. Možda vam ostane smjese za punjenje, nikako je ne bacajte, nego s njom premažite piletinu prije pecenja. Za ukras može i koja mala cherry rajcica.<br><br>U vatrostalnu posudu stavite jednu malu limenku pelati koje ste prije prodinstalii na jednoj kapuli i malo bilog luka i pretusimula. Na to stavite punjena pileca prsa, prekrijte folijom i pecite 40 min. na 200 C. Zatim dignite foliju i pecite još dvadeset minuta.
