    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3653<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2010 at 11:57<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Puretina u zelenom </span><br><br>Ukusan recept s puretinom!<br><br><img src="http://i54.tinypic.com/2j28e8j.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sastojci (za dvije osobe)</span>:<br>30 dag purecih prsiju<br>25 dag smrznutog graška<br>š srednja mrkva<br>š manja glavica luka<br>š cesan cešnjaka<br>š žlica nasjeckanog peršina<br>š,5 dl vrhnja za kuhanje<br>sol<br>papar<br>malo bosiljka<br>20 dag zelene pašte<br><br style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema</span>:<br>Luk nasjeckajte i stavite ga pirjati na 2 žlice maslinovog ulja. Kad luk postane staklast dodajte usitnjeni cešnjak, mrkvu narezanu na kockice, grašak i nasjeckani peršin. Promiješajte i neka se pirja desetak minuta, ako je potrebno podlijte s malo vode.&nbsp; U međuvremenu meso narežite na kockice i dodajte povrcu, posolite i pirjajte uz povremeno miješanje dok meso omekša.
