    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3632<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 10:15<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Ražnjici od pilecih prsa na afganistanski nacin</span><br><br>Evo jednog zanimljivog recepta.. ražnjici na poseban nacin.<br><br><img src="http://i43.tinypic.com/1zqa6h2.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sastojci:</span><br><br>500 grama pilecih fileta<br>300 grama crvene paprike<br>š00 grama crnog luka<br>200 mililitara jogurta<br>pola grama šafrana<br>so, papar, vegeta, kumine, ulje, sirce,<br><br style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema</span>:<br><br>U jednu posudu nasuti kašicicu soli, jogurt, kašicicu papra, kašicicu vegete,&nbsp; nakapati petncstak kapljica sirceta, dodati pola kašicice kumina, 4 kašicice ulja. šafran rastopiti u vodi te dodati u posudu sa prethodno spremljenom smjesom.<br><br>Pilece filete narezati na kockice srednje velicine te ih staviti u ranije spremljenu smjesu i ostaviti da stoje dva sata.<br><br>Crvenu papriku i luk narezati na kockice. Na štapice za ražnjice je potrebno izmjenicno nanositi piletinu, papriku i luk. Ražnjice peci na roštilju oko desetak do petncst minuta.
