Plus da ti nadodam da DL ne radiš s nekim velikim brojem ponavljanja jer nema smisla. osmice su maksimum, trojke i petice meni najbolje odgovaraju a i kilažu uredno dižem iz treninga u trenig što i jest cilj. Onda predjem na š ponavljanje i tako 3,4 serije.<br>]]>
