    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5355">Bucica</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3610<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 15:37<br /><br />&nbsp;dale ovako...znaci imam 85 kg i š80 cm(skinula sam 5kg od kad sam pocela vjezbat vec 3 i pol tjedna)<br><br>i&nbsp; zategnem ja slucajno danas nogu,golu,kad ono muz iz druge sobe dreci:<br>-j....te imas noge ko bob sapp sad!!!!!!?????!!!!!!<br>i stvarno pogledam na listovima dve kvrge,a butina iskoci kad ju stisnem!!!!<br>uzas!!!<br>pa kako!!??<br>sve bi to bilo ok da ja imam negdje jos barem š0 kg manje,ali ovako -ogromna noga ogromni misic-uzas.A poima nemam kako je do toga doslo...<br>idem u teretanu svaki dan,radim vise crobne ali radim i ancrobne..ono noge svaki drugi dan 3 serije na jedno 5 sprava sa opterecenjem najvise do 25...necu takve noge.Dali da nastavim tako,pa mozda shpek ode a misici ostanu ili kaj ....da smanjim opterecenje ili da ne vjezbam vishe noge na spravama??<br>pomoc molim<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smileyš1.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
