Probaj, nemaš što izgubiti! Vidiš kakve rezultate dobivas i da li je to to što želiš.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=905">tweety</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3603<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 14:42<br /><br />&nbsp;predložio mi ga je trener u mojoj teretani.. kaže da je za oblikovanje nogu i stražnjice:<br>PON:<br>Noge: duboki cucanj, nožni potisak, sjedeci listovi<br>Ruke: super set- dvorucni pregib tricepsa sa cela<br>Trbuh. dizanje nogu<br>Kardio: 30 min brzo hodanje<br><br>SRI:<br>Leđa: hiperekstenzija, lat široko iza, donji kotur<br>Noge: leg ekstenzija, leg curl. listovi<br>Gluteus: iskorak<br>Trbuh: dizanje trupa, rotacija trupa<br>Kardio: 5 min, lagano-sprint<br><br>PET:<br>Noge: nožni potisak, hak cucanj, mrtvo <br>Gluteus. na mašini<br>Grudi: kosi i ravni bench<br>Ramena: prednji potisak, ratvlacenje u pretklonu<br>Kardio: 30 min, brzi hod, trcanje 5 po 5<br><br><br>Program se radi 8 tjedana, broj ponavljanja se svaki tjedan povecava<br>...<br>poz!<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>]]>
