Pripremiti tepsiju sa papirom za pecenje<br />Umutiti snjeg od bjelanaca. Posebno umutiti zumanca sa sirom,<br />praskom za pecivo i soli.Polako dodavati bjelanca u smjesu<br />sira i zumanaca i sve lagano mjesati.<br />Po papiru za pecenje rasiriti izrendani sir, pa na to izliti umucenu<br />smjesu. Iskustva drugih: sada po izlivenoj smesi posuti zacine<br />jer inace &#8220;potonu&#822š; na dno. Peci 22-25 min na š75C.<br />Izvaditi iz rerne i premazati paradajzom, dodati meso, sir<br />(sta god zelite) i vratiti da se pece jos š0-š5 min.]]>
