    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3595<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 15:42<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Juneci rezanci u kiselo-slatkom umaku</span><br style="font-weight: bold;"><br><img src="http://i56.tinypic.com/2gvsndg.jpg" border="0"><br>Evo malo i junetine.. ne mora biti sve piletina / puretina.. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;"><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Sastojci</span>: <br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp; *&nbsp; 8 tankih junecih odrezaka<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 2 žlice pikantnog gastro meda s feferonima (ili cvjetnog meda kojem ste dodali malo cilija)<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 4-5 žlica maslinova ulja<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 3-4 žlice bijelog vina<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š žlicica acceta balsamica ili jabucnog octa<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š-2 mlada luka<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * krupna morska sol<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 4 kavene šalice integralne riže<br><br>Priprema:<br>Tanke junece odreske narežite na rezance pa ih popržite na veoma malo ulja u tavi ili woku.<br>Kad su se ovlaš propržili s obje strane dodajte preostalo ulje, pikantni gastro med, vino, ocat (acceto balsamico)i sol, pa na srednje jakoj vatri pirjajte dok se tekucina nije reducirala.<br>Služite sa prethodno kuhanom integralnom rižom a &#82šš; po volji &#82šš; pospite jelo nasjeckanim mladim lukom.<br><br>U slast!<br>PRobajte i javite kako vam je! <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/eat.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
