Smanji unos UH, povecaj unos kvalitetnih bjelancevina.<br><br>Ali svakako preporucam i posjet teretani.<br><br>A sto se dodataka prehrani tice -&gt; jer vidim da je tema pod tematikom 'dodaci prehrani' -&gt; probaj sa L-Carnitinom (nekima djeluje a nekima ne).<br><br>Nikad nisam cuo da je netko uz pomoc Encian proizvoda smrsavio.<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Mr G.</span>]]>
