Znam da bi prije spavanja casein bio bolja opcija, medjutim nisam siguran za jednu stvar. Veceram oko 8 ili kasnije, a oko 9 imam trening, a nekad i kasnije, idem spavati oko 11h i sad nisam siguran da li uopce moram piti whey ili ne moram cak ni taj whey s obzirom da sam na definiciji i da sam jeo prije treninga?]]>

Cilj mi je biti u formi i kondiciji i imati donekle sportski izgled. Došao sam na željenu kilažu tak da sam si i P90X prilagodio tako da radim samo vježbe za jačanje mišića, a manje za gubljenje kilograma, a uz to vozim bicikl 3-4x tjedno i to MTB ture tak da mi treba dosta proteina da mi mišići ne odlete u zrak, pa ih zato i uzimam dodatno&nbsp;<img src="http://www.bug.hr/d.tiny_mce/plugins/emoti&#111;ns/img/2012_smiley20.gif" border="0" />. Uz to sam naravno i koliko toliko prilagodio prehranu da uzimam oko 1.5-2g proteina po kili tjelesne težine zavisno o danu...</p><p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: n&#111;ne; color: rgb88, 89, 90; font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif; line-height: normal;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: n&#111;ne; color: rgb88, 89, 90; font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif; line-height: normal;">Može naravno preporuka i nekih drugih proteina ako su dobri i ako su u tom cjenovnom rangu.</p>]]>
