Osobno ovakvo jelo uvijek volim pojesti - puretina, svježi sir i šampinjoni.<br><br><img src="http://www.coolinarika.com/repository/images/_variati&#ššš;ns/a/2/a2ce4646069a6c37cf8dfc9e8ff57530_c&#šš1;ntent_medium.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sastojci:</span><br>5 purecih odrezaka<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Nadjev</span><br>š50 g &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;svježeg sira<br>2 žlice &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;parmezana<br>š žlica &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;kiselog vrhnja<br>š cešanj &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;cešnjaka<br>sol, papar, muškatni orašcic, vlasac, svježi peršin<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Umak</span><br>250 g &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;šampinjona<br>2 cešnja &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;cešnjaka<br>š50-200 ml &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;vode<br>žlicica &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;brašna<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;sol, papar, vegeta, vegeta mediteran, ružmarin, bosiljak, mažuran<br><br><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema:</span><br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp; š. Odreske lagano potucite batom za meso i pospite vegetom.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; 2. Sredinu svakog odreska namažite sa š-2 žlicice nadjeva (ovisno o velicini odreska), pazeci da uz rubove ostavite dovoljno mjesta kako bi se odresci mogli lijepo zarolati.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; 3. Pažljivo zarolajte odreske i rub pricvrstite cackalicom.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; 4. Zarolane odreske kratko popržite na malo ulja sa svih strana dok ne dobiju lijepu zlatno-smeđu boju, a zatim ih izvadite iz tave. <br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Nadjev:</span><br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp; š. Svježi sir propasirajte vilicom, dodajte mu cešnjak, parmezan, kiselo vrhnje, zacine i dobro promiješajte da se sastojci sjedine.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Umak:</span><br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp; š. šampinjone ocistite i narežite na listice. U tavu na kojoj su se pekli odresci, dodajte još malo ulja, a zatim i šampinjone.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; 2. šampinjone posolite, a kad puste tekucinu dodajte cešnjak.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; 3. cim cešnjak zamiriši, šampinjone podlijte vodom, popaprite, povegetite i ostavite da se pirjaju š0 min.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; 4. Brašno umutite s malo vode i dodajte u umak. Zacinite po ukusu, ostavite da se pirja nekoliko minuta.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.
