   <title>Domaci kruh : sastojci :   300 g integralnog...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4674">The Phoenix</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3552<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 11:56<br /><br />sastojci : <br /><br />300 g integralnog brasna<br />š50 g crnog brasna<br />š50 g raženog brasna<br /> 400 ml vode<br />sol<br /><br />kvas : zamjesiti malo brasna , vode i soli u tjesto, <br />dovoljno otprilike u kuglu velicine sake.... staviti u <br />posudu, pokriti vlaznom krpom, i pustiti 3-4 dana da se <br />stvori prirodni kvas. s time da se smjesa svaki dan <br />premjesi, i krpa ponovno navlazi.<br /><br />-  kugla kvasa se doda smjesi za kruh, i nakon mjesanja i <br />dizanja( 2 puta pnoviti postupak)(dizanje vremenski duze <br />nego sa germom), smjesa je spremna za pecenje.... uz <br />napomenu da se prije pecenja uzme dio smjese u kojoj sad <br />ima kvasa, i sacuva se za drugi puta, jer se na taj nacin <br />ubrzava proces stvaranja novog kvasa...( otprilike vec <br />slijedeci dan je spremno ponovo).<br />- po zelji dodati razne sjemenke<br /><br /><br />kruh sa germom : sve isto samo umjesto kvasa ide <br />germa.......<br /><br /><br />Napomena:<br />Ako se radi s pekacem, svi sastojci se ubace u posudu i <br />ta kuglica kvasa i stavi se na program da on zamiješa <br />tijesto.I poslje neki program pecenja.<br /><br />Dio tog napravljenog kvasa se ostavi u friđu za drugi <br />put.<br /><br /><br /><br /> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br />    <img src="http://web.vip.hr/nikola3.vip/kruh12.JPG" border="0"><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by The Phoenix</span>]]>
