Ja bih htjeo poceti sa treninzima ali neznam kako ni sta koliko puta tjedno, koje vjezbe raditi i koje dodatke prehrani uzimati. Moj je cilj za sad da dobijem na masi i znam da je potrebno dosta rada i truda&nbsp; da bi se povecala misicna masa ali sam zato stavio ovdje post radije nego da sam na svoju ruku krenuo trenirati i odmah sve zeznu.<br>eto puno hvala svima koji stave reply i neki odgovor :)<br>]]>
