    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1282">dianna</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3537<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 12:20<br /><br />sastojci (otprilike) za 2 osobe:<br /><br />-3 vece tikvice (ako su mlade, nemojte ih ljustiti, nego ih samo lepo operite)<br />-oko 300 grama juneceg (ili) mljevenog mesa<br />-2-3glavice crnog luka sjeckanog na kockice<br />-2 jajeta<br />-zacini (sol, biber, persin, mrkva... ko sta voli i koliko voli)<br /><br />priprema:<br /><br />Izdinstati luk na malko ulja, pa na njega dodati meso i isprziti ga (kao za sarmu). Zaciniti kad je gotovo i posto ne koristimo rižu (UH), onda umjesati u to ona jaja, da bi "povezala" smjesu.<br /><br />Tikvice isjeci na kolutove, poredati u pleh, pa na njih staviti meso i opet gore tikvice. Mozete naliti malo vode, mada ce same tivice pustiti vodu. Ulje i ne mora, jer je meso vec masno. I na kraju mozete sve ovo posuti sirom, sezamom, kriskama paradajza... po ukusu i peci u zagrijanoj rerni.]]>
