Sve je to <br />marketing.. Imas kalkulator, izracunas koliko <br />si unijela kriz hranu dnevno, izracunas si <br />bazalni metabolizam te koliko kcal potrosis <br />kroz aktivnosti.. Cilj je da si u deficitu, tj. da <br />je unos hrane manji od potrosnje..<br />Smjernice za hranu bi bile da jedes dnevno <br />5-6 obroka, da u svakom obroku ima <br />proteina, te da bas ne mijesas ranu bogatu <br />ugljikohidratima sa hranom bogatom <br />mastima.. <br />Sto se dan blizi kraju, tako i smanjujes <br />ugljikohidrate i zadnja 2-3 obroka ti budu <br />proteini, povrce i zdrave masti..]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5364">in</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3524<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 18:12<br /><br />bok svima!!<br /><br />prijavila sam se na ovaj site jer bi mi jako pomoglo misljenje nekog profesionalnog trenera ili neke iskusne osobe sto se tice teretane. naime, inace se nisam nikad bavila nekim tipovima vjezbi - prosle zime sam isla u teretanu ali je sve to bilo kratko i neefektno.sad planiram pocet trenirat i ustrajat u tome. imam 62 kg/š68 cm.u prosjeku ne izgledam debelo i nemam nekih nedostataka ali bih ipak voljela smanjit kilazu na 55 kg-pa su mi potrebni svi moguci savjeti sto se tice prehrane i vjezbi posebno-jer u teretani koju ja posjecujem trenera skoro i nema-tu je ponekad ali nije nes voljan za objasnjavanje vjezbi.ono sto sam ja vjezbala nije imalo nekog velikog efekta jer nisam puno proucavala kako i sta sa spravama koliko puno ponavljat vjezbe i sl.bila bih jako zahvalna kada bi mi neko napravio plan prehrane i vjezbi-dakle za mrsavljenje-do nekih 5 kg i 'zatezanje'onih dijelova tijela koji su nama zenama jako bitni:P Unaprijed hvala!!]]>
