Nemoj se vagat svaki <br />dan i gledat dal smrsavila jer kilogrami <br />variraju.. Odredi si jedan dan u tjednu i tad <br />se vazi! <br />Utege bi trebala radit 3 puta tjedno, kruzni <br />trening cijelog tijela najbolje.. Ove podjele na <br />jedan dan ruke, jedan noge, pa prsa itd, <br />jednostavno ne valjaju.. Reci treneru u <br />teretani nek te nauci kompleksne vjezbe kao <br />sto je cucanj, varijacije mrtvog, bench itd.. <br />Prehranu vidim si sredila.. Gledaj da u <br />svakom obroku imas proteina.. I da jos nesto <br />napomenem.. Vecina djevojaka radi gresku <br />misleci da je voce medjuobrok.. E pa nije!! <br />Medjuobrok iima oko 300kcal i takodjer <br />zastupljene proteine.. A voce jedi samo <br />ujutro..]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5355">Bucica</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3518<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 09:33<br /><br />&nbsp;poštovanje svima!<br><br>eto i mene!<br>Visoka sam š80 i imam lijepih okruglih predivinh skoro pa 90 kilica<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley30.gif" border="0"><br>prije drugog poroda tezila sam kojih 70kg,i to mi je bilo cist ok.i onda sam se uprasila:)<br><br>E sada nakon sto su djecica malo porasla vrijeme je da se majka dovede u red:),i da lici na mlado,zdravo djevojce<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley16.gif" border="0"><br>Eto,zelje imam,vjezbat volim sve,malo sam kratka s vremenom ali mogu se organizirat.<br>Idem u teretanu vec cca 2 tjedna 6 dana u tjednu i jasem po orbitreku,biciklu ili traci po 50min. u fatburn zoni za pocetak.što se klope tice nikad nisam bila neki gurman,vise volim povrce,ribu,zitarice...jedino&nbsp; cokolada i kolaci u nenormalnim kloicinama:)<br>to smo izbacili u potpunosti,uvela sam si 5 manjih obroka.<br>Nadam se da cu ovdije naci odgovore na puno pitanja,puno sugestija i naravno podrske:)<br>dajem si 6 mj za barem š5kg dolje:)oda krecemo sa utezanjem i definiranjem miski!<br>pozdrav svima!!<br>]]>
