Shvacam to vozikanje 50km, ja sam 70km svaki dan pravila na poaao i natrag. Ali mislim da možeš odvojiti više vremena, skrati gledanje TV-a i ispijanje kava s frendicama... <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">&nbsp; Ako imaš tih aktivnosti. Ja idem 5x tjedno na fitness a vikendom ubacim Tc Bo (Billy Blanks) pa vježbam... Možeš napraviti dobar posao kod kuce, samo se drži svog plana i uživaj gledajuci se u ogledalo... <br>]]>
