Pojedem jabuku ta 3 dana kad treniram navecer. Ili proteine. Jer to bi znacilo da nista ne jedes poslije treninga<br><br>Ja cesto idem oko 9:30-20 h&nbsp; na trening pa onda jedem oko 2:30 - 22:30 h kako kada obrok poslije treninga<br>]]>
