    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5060">rikkis</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3483<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 23:08<br /><br />&nbsp;Dakle ovako...<br>Imam 20 godina, š82 cm i 75 kila...<br>Imam mali stomak i salo oko nogu...<br>Toga se zelim rjesit....<br>Stoga se planiram baciti na vježbanje i novu prehranu...<br>Dakle ovako kuca mi je skoro kao teretana pa cu da vjezbam u kuci...<br>Plan treninga:<br>š. dan ---&gt; Dizanje utega (5 kg) - 30 min + (sprava za trcanje š5 min)<br>2. dan ---&gt; Vježbanje na klupici   (http://www.olpran.cz/UserFiles/products/middle/79š2.jpg)&am p;nb sp; - 30 min + (sprava za trcanje š5 min)<br>3. dan ---&gt; Kucno biciklo (   http://www.budi.in/controls/imgSizer.aspx?img=35993&amp;w=0& amp; amp;h=0) - 45 min<br>4. dan ---&gt; Vježbati na Beuty Staru  (http://www.njuskalo.hr/image-w450/fitness-oprema/beauty-sta r-slika-2575388.jpg) - 30 min<br>5. dan ---&gt; Vježbanje na Fitness spravi  (http://sport2000.rs/uploads/images/sr_YU_classic_7702900_co py_š.jpg) - 45 min<br>I tako u krug...<br><br>Prehrana bi mi vecinom bila ista<br>Dorucak: (7h) jedan jogurt + jedno voce <br>Rucak: (š3-š4h) juha + riba ili meso<br>Vecera: (20h) jedan jogurt + jedno voce <br><br>Dakle zanimaju me preporuke, što da izmjenim što da izbacim i slicno...<br>I planiram sa tim krenit od ponedjeljka <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smileyš.gif" border="0"><br><br>EDIT: Jeli bolje vježbati na Orbitreku ( http://www.olpran.cz/UserFiles/products/middle/789š.jpg ) ili na kucnom biciklu (   http://www.budi.in/controls/imgSizer.aspx?img=35993&amp;w=0& amp; amp;h=0 )....<br><br>Hvala unaprijed...<br><br><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by rikkis</span>]]>
