    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5310">sposnimcute</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3476<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 12:52<br /><br />nisam bio dugo na tom rezimu 7/7,,, kojih 2-3 tjedna preko ljeta... umirem od dosade...<br>vratio se na 4-5/7 kako sam oduvijek radio.<br><br>nego, narucivo je frend od mopsa whey, pa sam se ja ubacio sa omegom 3 od myproteina...<br><br>piše na njihovoj stranici tokom dana, u 3 obroka, po š cajna žlicica omege 3.<br><br>šta sa navecer, nakon treniniga... <br>ravnomjerno tokom dana/navecer povecano?<br><br><br>sastav: 5ml doza = 825mg EPA + 550mg DHA<br>]]>

Nemoj <br />mislit da vise treninga znaci i vise misica.. <br />Nekada manje znaci vise ;)]]>

Svejedno ti je, radi jedan trening š0 ponavljanja, drugi 8, treci 5, radi onako kako ti odgovara&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>2.<br>a)ok<br>b) Ovisi kako ti je raspoređen program, tj. kako su ti raspoređene mišicne skupine tokom tjedna?<br><br>3.Omega 3, em što je zdrava, em što ti uspori apsorbciju proteina koje uzmeš navecer, tj. duže ceš probavljat proteine tokom noci i imat ceš pozitivan dušicni balans, što znaci da ce hranjenje mišica bit duže što ti je cilj. Bit ceš 7-8 h bez hrane pa ti je taj zadnji obrok jako važan. Ne mora to bit omega, bademi ili maslinovo su isto ok, naravno uz njih ti je potreban izvor proteina.<br><br>Vitamin c, po meni najvažniji vitamin koji je potreban sportašu. Dok treniraš, stvaraš stres tijelu, to dovodi do pojacanog lucenja kortizola, vit. c ti pomaže da kortizol vratiš na normalnu razinu. Moraš shvatit da RDA ne vrijedi za osobe koje se bave sportom, sportašima su potrebne daleko vece kolicine vitamina nego osobi koja se ne bavi nicim. 2 g dnevno su ok, rasporedi ih tokom dana.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5310">sposnimcute</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3476<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 23:26<br /><br />whejam se mjesec i po... na masi... <br>griješim dosta znam... može pomoc pls da ispravim greške<br><br>pocnimo s jednim glupim pitanjem:<br><span style="font-weight: bold;">š) struktura treninga:</span> 4 seriije po 8-š2 ponavljanja <br>ja sam radio <span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">š vježba š2 ponavljanja, druga vježba š2, treca š2, cetvrta š2...</span> <br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">i tako 4 puta</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>vidio na youtubu da lik radi 4 puta bench press po 8 pa prelazi na drugu vježbu... <br>pa pitanje ocito: <br>el radim krivo?<br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">vježba po vježba ili kruženje po vježbama?</span><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">2) odmor</span>: <br><span style="font-weight: bold;">a)</span> imam 60+ sec odmora između svake vježbe i oko 90+ između serija<br><span style="font-weight: bold;">b)</span> radim svih 7 dana u tjednu ancrobno uz kardio 20min svaki dan... <br>nemam šta radit preko ljeta i ne da mi se odmarat... kolka greška je 7/7 dana, a ne standard 5/7<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">3)suplementi:</span><br>imam whey i dextrozu... <br>masti uopce nemam navece, kolko vidim greška odma...<br>omega 3 navecer šta radi? i vitamin C sam vidio par tema niže... imam RCA unos, šta radi to 2g<span style="font-weight: bold;"></span><br><br>vecini ljudi su ovo glupa pitanja, al stvarno bi mi dobro došla pomoc... <br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by sposnimcute</span>]]>
