Oni koji se ne mogu sami natjerati redovito doma vjezbati, bolje da&nbsp;se upisu negdje. </P><P>Prednost je to kaj si doma i nema gubitaka na put do teretane/crobik centra pa to ne moze biti izgovor. Mozes raditi u bilo koje doba dana i bolje si organizirati vrijeme. Tus ti je pod nosom i takve stvari.</P><P>A za proteine ne bih znala<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"></P>]]>

Obicno ta kucna vjezbanja nemaju bas previse reda , zna bit mjesec- dva kad sve fino vjezbas i sve, a onda doc razdoblje kad ne vjezbas<br><br>A ovako kad ides u teretanu&nbsp; lijepo znas da si bio na treningu ili nisi i to onda nekako potice da bude red, a i u teretani imas puno vise sprava i mozes radit vise vjezbi, tako da mislim da ti se teretana puno vise isplati<br>]]>
