Ako osjecas bolove u donjem dijelu ledja trebao bi se savjetovati sa lijecnikom, a ako ne osjecas bolove prilikom vjezbanja moras raditi na jacanju i istezanju donjeg dijela ledja, obavezno jacati trbusne misice i pregibace kuka. Moras paziti na misicnu ravnotezu cijelog tijela i obavezno raditi vjezbe istezanja na kraju treninga i to bi trebalo dovesti do znatnog poboljsanja.]]>
