    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3459<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2010 at 13:30<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Piletina a&#82š7;la Diavola s povrcem sa žara</span><br><br><img src="http://www.gastr&#ššš;naut.hr/images/recepti/PiletinaDjavolo_interc&#šš1;nti.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sastojci</span>:<br>Za 4 osobe:<br>0,8 kg filea od pilecih prsa<br>š0 g soli, 5 g papra<br>š vezica ružmarina<br>2 režnja bijela luka<br>0,š l maslinova ulja<br>50 g senfa<br>50 g krušnih mrvica<br>0,š l bijela vina<br>0,3 kg miješana svježeg povrca (paprika, rajcica, patlidžan)<br>400 g restana krumpira<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema</span>:<br>Fileta od pilecih prsa posolimo i popaprimo, dodamo bijeli luk i ružmarin, te pržimo na maslinovom ulju. Kada su fileti prženi, odlijemo ulje, te zalijemo bijelim vinom. Nakon š0 minuta uklonimo s vatre, umiješamo senf i posipamo krušnim mrvicama, te gratiniramo u pecnici š5 minuta. U međuvremenu popržimo povrce na roštilju, te time dekoriramo tanjur, na koji serviramo pileca prsa.
