Naravno, tu nisu ubrojene prve minute istezanja ni završne opet istezajuce da me ne copi grc ili upala mišica... ]]>

Pa nije ni skupo s obzirom da se kladim da necu kupiti drugu dozu, a moguce da ne popijem ni cijelu prvu. cajeve obožavam, narocito zeleni i bijeli, pijuckam ih svakodnevno.]]>

''dignut'' te moze coffein (kao bolja varijanta za tebe) i kreatin (kao losa varijanta za tebe). coffein ti takodjer provjereno pomaze u brzem otapljanju sala prilikom cardia. l-carnitin ima upitno djelovanje...<br><br>zasto uporno izmisljas toplu vodu, kad je ona vec izmisljena? sjedni, procitaj forum i vidi kaj i kako treba jesti i koje suplemente treba uzimati (ako ih bas zelis uzimati). jedino sto ti je zaista potrebno od suplemenata je whey koji uzimas za dorucak uz zobene (a mozes jesti i jaja, pa ti whey ne treba) i nakon treninga sa dekstrozom. uzmi si jos vitamine i minerale (imas daily once ili one daily - cijena 65, odnosno 80kn, s time da su ove druge jace za cca 50%) i to je sve sto ti treba. <br>l-carnitin ti ne treba. coffein ne trebas kupovati, nego pola sata prije cardia popij valiku salicu kave i odi hodati. (zagovornik sam LI cardia, pogotovo nataste). samo trcanje izbaci. procitaj na forumu sta pise o LI cardiu i HIIT-u i to je sve sto ti treba od crobnog.<br>]]>
