    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4674">The Phoenix</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3438<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2010 at 10:20<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;Probaj pojacat dorucak koji bi i trebao biti najjaci obrok recimo, imat ceš više energije tokom dana i manje gladi i nebuš se lako zaletila tak na slatko ili neki junk. </P><P>A kaj se tice treninga dobro sam pretpostavio, definitivno promijeni sve što možeš jer to je jedan veliki razlog stagnacije.Promjeni vježbe za mišicne skupine koje radiš, broj ponavljanja, opterecenje, minjenjaj tempo rada, sve, sve, sigurno ce tijelo odmah i reagirati sa upalama koje sada sigurno više nemaš.</P><P>Jer tijelo se navikne na izvođenje nekog pokreta, mišic ga memorira i nakon nekog vremena to izvodi automatizmom kao svakodnevan rad i ne predstavlja mu problem, isto tako nema ni rezultata daljnjih</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4674">The Phoenix</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3438<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2010 at 14:16<br /><br />Pozdrav,<br /><br />Ajde probaj napisat jedan dnevni menu koji ti je uobicajan.<br />Ovo tvoje je ono krajnje kaj zadnje ide dole, moraš za taj <br />dio malo stisnut s prehranom i stvarno pazit kaj jedeš i <br />pojacat trening, treba ti nešto jaceg itenziteta jer to ne <br />radiš, to ne traje dugo ali te baca s nogu.<br />Isto tako ako 2 godine radiš gotovo isto , ovo što si <br />opisala trebaš promjeniti nacin treniranja i vježbe jer se <br />tijelo nakon punooo kraceg vremena prilagodi istim vježbama <br />i one gube svoju ucinkovitost, tj trebaš tijelo šokirat <br />novim pokretima, promjenom tempa i svim mogucim.......]]>
